HGC Technologies UK Ltd ("HGC", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your basket and wishlist are stored in your own browser's local storage and are not transmitted to us until you choose to place an order. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address when your browser requests the font files; see Google's privacy policy for details.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where needed to fulfil your order or run our business: delivery couriers (name, address, phone for tracked delivery), payment providers, our email and WhatsApp service providers, and our accountants/IT providers under confidentiality obligations. If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe. Reseller application data is kept for the duration of the trading relationship, or 12 months if no account is opened.
